The Warehouse Admin will play a pivotal role in the Logistics team especially in their label department. The role requires a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of warehouse and manufacturing operations.
Description
The Warehouse Admin will be responsible for the below
- Oversee the label department in the warehouse
- Ensure all products are labelled accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to streamline operations
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular audits
- Comply with all safety regulations in the warehouse
- Assist in the development of warehouse procedures
- Train new team members on labelling procedures
- Address and resolve any labelling issues promptly
Profile
The successful Warehouse Admin should have:
- A relevant qualification in logistics, industrial processes or a related field
- Proficient in warehouse management systems
- An understanding of labelling and inventory processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- High standard of attention to detail
